About Tania

Tania is a Nurse Practitioner and Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, specialising in mental health and substance use with over 30 years’ experience in nursing. Originally from Bundaberg, her practice has spanned across many domains including Alcohol & Other Drugs Treatment, Mental Health, Adolescent Health, Nurse Education, Peri-Operative (Surgical) Nursing, Community Aged Care and General Practice Nursing.  Having worked in the Mackay region since 2009 with her husband and three children, Tania is familiar with the services and supports available to the local community.

She provides comprehensive assessments for all ages, helping to define your health needs and priorities.  As a nurse practitioner, her skills ensure that she looks at all aspects of your health and wellbeing in the context of family, work and any other important influences.  Together you can identify your goals and values, and plan your care.
