Assessment & Therapeutic support

Kelly Heath Solutions is based in Mackay and offers therapeutic support to individuals using a biopsychosocial assessment as a starting point. As a Nurse Practitioner, Tania looks at the biological (how your mind and body work), psychological (how your mind thinks about things), social and spiritual (what gives your life meaning) aspects of your life.  Together we will identify some recovery goals that are designed for you.

No referral is needed, and Medicare rebates are available for eligible consultations.

Sometimes knowing where to start can be the hardest part. A holistic, comprehensive mental health assessment can provide that starting point - taking the time to understand what you’re experiencing, what is important to you, and the factors that may be affecting your mental health and wellbeing.

Whether you are experiencing changes in your mood, anxiety, difficulties coping, concerns about alcohol or other drugs, wondering whether symptoms such as difficulties with attention, concentration, organisation or impulsivity could be related to ADHD, or simply feel that something isn’t quite right, you don’t need to have a diagnosis before seeking support.

Together, we will explore what is happening for you, identify your needs and discuss the options available. From there, we can develop a clear path forward that is individualised to you and supports your mental health and wellbeing.
